 RESERVATIONS 1. 1. 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
2. Your credit card number (visa,mastercard) will hold your reservation.
3. Balance due in full upon your arrival.
4. The month of July requires a two night minimum stay.
5. Check in 4:00 pm Check out 12:00 noon unless prior arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATIONS
1. No refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior to reservation date.
2. No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
3. No refunds on cancelled romance packages.
